Marketing Director
As a Marketing Director you will work closely with leadership and operations in developing and implementing the brand and marketing strategy. This includes customer programs and promotions, branding, marketing and social media. Must have excellent communication (verbal & written) and be skilled at developing strong relationships throughout the community.
• Wil be the first point of contact for fleet account inquiries, as well as setting up fleet accounts
• Developing and coordinating social media campaigns
• Planning and hosting community events around current stores and "grand openings"
• Development, implementation and tracking of customer programs and promotions
• Discovering and coordinating local fundraising and sponsorship opportunities
• Updating and re-designing of the company website as well as the creation of other sites and platforms for additional initiatives
• Managing email and eCommerce marketing outreach campaigns
• Graphic design
• Utilizing metrics tracking platforms to analyze impacts and brand sentiment
• Managing of department budget and accounting

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/PR or related field or commiserate professional experience required
Minimum 5 years experience in marketing and brand development in a customer service or retail environment
Minimum 2 years experience in a managerial position
Experience in event planning and hosting
Excellent verbal, written and electronic communication skills
Highly organized and ability to thrive is a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate metrics into performance indicators for the leadership team
Graphic design skills and portfolio a huge plus
Experience with and understanding of:
• Google analytics and other metrics tracking platforms
• CRM systems
• Mailchimp or other email marketing platforms
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Ecommerce platforms and industry catalogs
• Text marketing platforms and techniques
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• WordPress or other CMS platforms
