The Regional Recruiter is responsible for assisting with the full cycle recruiting process for community level positions. This is a hands-on position in which the role is responsible for sourcing, reviewing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates and new hires in the assigned Region(s). The Regional Recruiter will assist with ongoing training and development initiatives within the Region(s) assigned.

 

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit for a wide variety of candidates - professional, clinical, and non-clinical
  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines
  • Promote the company’s vision, mission, values, and culture
  • Assist with the full cycle recruitment process for communities within the assigned Region(s) - applicant to onboarding as a new hire
  • Maintain ads for communities within the assigned Region(s); refreshing, updating, reviewing and approving
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and applicant information in recruitment systems – ATS, HRIS, etc.
  • Attend job fairs, college career events, school/college classes, online job fairs, community networking events, etc. to identify and attract quality candidates
  • Verify candidate’s licensure, certifications and/or registration through primary source
  • Participate in the completion of New Hire Feedback Logs and Exit Surveys
  • Assist with training and development initiatives within the Region(s) assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One or more years of prior experience full cycle recruiting required; prior experience recruiting in a Long-Term Care/Senior Living environment highly preferred; experience recruiting for a variety of community level roles including Payroll, HR, Business Office, Nurses, Nurse Aides, Medication Aides/Techs, and Support Staff (Housekeeping, Laundry, Maintenance, Activities, etc.) highly preferred
  • Must have excellent computer skills, proficient typing skills, and the ability to navigate web-based programs with ease; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suites required
  • Prior experience training others highly desired
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must have excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Must have the ability to work well in a team environment with a demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships
  • Strong sense of urgency, initiative, and self-motivation
  • Working knowledge of ATS and HRIS systems required; prior experience with iCIMS and PayCom highly preferred
  • Knowledge of CareerBuilder, Zip Recruiter, Indeed, and LinkedIn platforms highly preferred
  • Must be highly flexible and able to operate in an environment of constant change
  • Must be able and willing to travel; ability to travel overnight required
