We are Canteen.Job SummaryKey Responsibilities:Manage A/R and A/P processesAssist in the production of weekly reporting.Manage period close, ensure general ledger is accurately represented, and complete balance sheet reconciliations.Assist in analyzing financial statements for areas of profit improvement, recommend action.Assist with forecast and budget modeling, evaluate what-if scenarios.Maintain internal controls within District operation.Interact with internal and external auditors.Provide assistance with building maintenance management as needed.Handle the day-to-day HR issues including but not limited to managing payroll and benefit administration, training, FMLA/Worker’s Comp issues, and regulatory compliance staffing.Manage cash room and coordinate banking/armorer car services.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (Business: Accounting, Finance, Management, etc.)Working knowledge of Microsoft Programs (Outlook, Excel, Access, Powerpoint) and SAP.A minimum of three to five years financial management experience, preferred.Ability to track and measure financial data and communicate information up and down.Apply to Canteen today!Canteen is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass Story ( Group is an equal opportunity employer.
