Job Requirements / Description

As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Vialto Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

  • Handle, manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly.

  • Support senior team members in large client projects and engagements.
  • Participate in team meetings, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Demonstrates problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Interacts effectively with various levels of client and Vialto management through both written and verbal communications.
  • Demonstrates ability with automation and digitization in a professional services environment.
  • Serves as a point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses.
  • Collaborates with clients, HR, and payroll departments to gather necessary information for tax compliance.
  • Works closely with global Vialto team members to coordinate advice and ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements and Preferences:

  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, International Business or related fields.

  • Preferred Cumulative GPA: 3.3
  • Preferred Major GPA: 3.3

  • Remote Type: Hybrid - Minimum of 2 days a week in the office
  • Compensation: $45,000-$75,000. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
