Property Accountant
Salary: $90-95k
Onsite : NYC
Responsibilities:

• AP/AR functions – journal entries, billing, and check processing
• Bank Statements and Analysis
• Month end close
• P&L Reporting
• Real Estate filings

Skills Needed:

• Bachelor’s Degree Accounting or related
• Yardi experience, required
• Real estate experience required  
• Microsoft Excel experience
