Job Description:
As a Preschool Principal you will be responsible for;

• Overseeing the delivery of education & curriculum.
• Coordination of all school operations.
• Manage school finances.
• Participate in community outreach.
• Build relationships with families, students, and the community.
• Develop staff & teachers.

Education & Work Experience Requirements:

• Must successfully clear criminal background without exemption.
• Eligible candidates must have a master's degree in any field related to children or business OR bachelor's degree in any field related to children with at minimum one year of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Must be Head Teacher Qualified
• Complies with all state-specific education and licensing standards and maintains validation of credentials for the position (ex: professional development).
• Strong expert knowledge in New Jersey State Licensing requirements
