COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS - Urology -(URO)

$565,000 Guarantee -
$60.00/wRVU Production -
$25,000 Sign-on-Bonus -
$15,000 Relocation
$3,000 CME Annually

RESPONSIBILITIES/FACILITY -DETAILS -- Urology -(URO)
- Only 3 Urologists covering entire area; Tons of work and success
- Caring, dedicated and supportive administration
- 9 modern OR suites
- 25+ clinic patients daily & 10+ major surgical cases/week
- Davinci robot
- 4 day work week - Great work/life Balance
- Call: 7 days/month -
- FNP practice support
  
  QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS -- Urology -(URO)
  - Board Eligible or Certification -is required within 5 years of training
  - General practice, but fellowships welcomed
  - Quality and Patient Care Focused
  - Work well in Teams
    
    COMMUNITY -- Urology -(URO)
    - Southern California; 2 hours San Diego/1.5 hours Palm Springs
    - Both Public and Private schools available
    - Live where you want; -just have to be available on work/call days.
    - Multiple Casino's in area
    - Great local shopping and restaurants close by; outlet mall, Aquatic Center and so much more. -
    - State parks, San Dunes, Colorado River, Salton Sea lake, Blue Angels
