You know how to clear the way, attend to complex situations, and serve as a trusted liaison.
In this role, you operate as the subject-matter expert on access, reimbursement, and operational issues affecting the client product. You will:
- Execute and maintain contracted relationships with key accounts and customers (institutions, hospitals, IDN, physicians, and staff).
- Utilize market resources to expand the use of the product and improve patient access.
- Identify barriers to patient access for the product and develop a path for solutions.
- Leverage all national, regional, state, and local level key account market knowledge to drive business plans and strategies.
- Maintain compliance with all corporate and industry policies and procedures.
- Minimum 5 years’ field-based pharmaceutical/biotech sales and/or marketing experience.
- 3 years of Pharmaceutical Sales Account leadership and/or 3 years of direct line leadership experience.
- Established relationship with P&T committees, medical leadership, and/or pharmacy directors within key assigned accounts, IDNs.
- Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
Desired Requirements:
- Experience in the pain arena.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel, including overnight.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $170,000 to $185,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
