What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize new sales and revenue growth within the assigned district
- Manage sales and renewal pipeline health, ensuring rigorous sales processes and coaching for the sales team
- Collaborate with various teams to execute sales strategies and optimize digital enablement tools for productivity
- Drive a contact management strategy and lead Regional Sales Managers to engage with clients effectively
- Deliver on target financial and strategy objectives, including accurate forecasting and pipeline management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in sales and sales leadership, with 4-6 years in direct client relationship management
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on accountability and team empowerment
- Proven strategic thinking and effective sales negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and manage multiple projects
- Four-year degree required; JD plus MBA or equivalent business experience preferred
