Overview

Is responsible for picking, packing and shipping of all inbound and outbound asset (computers, laptops & peripherals) shipments along with the duties associated with shipment preparation of assets. The coordinator prepares labels & boxes, along with packing materials per job request. Responsible for counting & recording inventory to ensure accuracy of shipment and receipt; performs related duties as required.

Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming shipments of raw materials and pharmaceutical products.
  • Verify shipment contents and assist with the appropriate storage of materials and products.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all supply chain activities, including purchase orders, shipping documents, and inventory logs.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance teams to ensure all materials and products meet cGMP and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Communicates effectively, reads and interprets documents such as safety rules, operating policies, maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining adherence to safety requirements and practices.
  • Works effectively in a team environment and demonstrates flexibility in all assigned tasks.
  • Communicates effectively, reads and interprets documents such as safety rules, operating policies, maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS/MENTAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Physical activity required including bending, reaching, lifting and prolonged periods of sitting or standing
  • May lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Mental qualifications include ability to perform all responsibilities efficiently and effectively
  • Good organizational skills 
  • PC Savvy with working knowledge of MS Office Programs
Qualifications
  • High school Diploma or equivalent. 
  • Minimum 2-3 year of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or production experience
  • Experience with inventory and logistics management
  • Ability to communicate professionally with end users and clients
  • Experience creating inventory reports, shipping/receiving reports
  • Working knowledge of scanning equipment, internal database tracking system, dollies and carts
  • Must successfully pass all CBPS Safety Training and equipment handling procedures.
  • Advanced MS Excel experience
  • Inventory/logistics software experience not required but highly recommended
  • Excellent customer service, professional attitude and appearance are a must.
  • Quick learner, ability to self-train using materials provided as needed
  • Proficiency in supply chain or warehouse management software ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Strong Understanding of GMPs and SOP adherence, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
