Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex systems involving optical, electronic, and mechanical components. A strong background in motor, amplifier, power, EMC, and microprocessor design is essential. Experience in FDA regulatory processes and medical device development is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop optical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
• Lead the design of stepper and DC motors.
• Create and implement instrument amplifiers.
• Develop efficient power supply systems and ensure optimal power management.
• Perform EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) design and testing.
• Program and design microprocessors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet FDA regulatory standards.
• Define requirements and collaborate with third-party designers to create design and testing plans.
• Contribute to the development and testing of medical devices.
• Conduct in-depth analysis and testing of electrical components and systems.
• Document design processes and maintain detailed records.
• Use schematic capture, PCB layout, and simulation tools for design work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Computer Engineering (CE).
• At least 5 years of experience in electrical/mechanical device design and testing.
• Familiarity with FDA regulatory requirements is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools.
• Experience with electrical and optical simulation tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++, Python, and MATLAB is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
