Agile Coach

We are looking for an Agile Coach to work at our client's location in Merrimack , NH.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Advanced Agile-related certifications and demonstrable experience in the application thereof, e.g., , CAL (E, T, or O), ICP-ACC, ICP-ENT, or similar
• Deep Agile knowledge with several years of Agile Coaching experience
• Demonstrable experience coaching a team-of-teams, or a combination of multiple team coaching engagements and team-of-teams level coaching
• 4+ years’ experience in an agile leadership role (e.g., Scrum Master, Squad Leader/Product Owner, Chapter Leader)
• Track record of training, coaching, and mentoring teams and individuals at various levels
• Jira and Jira Align experience preferred
• Financial services experience preferred
• You are a trusted advisor highly skilled at coaching, consulting, mentoring, influencing, and fearlessly challenging teams, leaders, and associates at all levels of the organization on behavioral changes that will deliver continuous improvement and increased value
• You have a continuous improvement approach
• You assess agile health and maturity and use this to inform your coaching, mentoring, and development approach
• You proactively seek out agile practices externally to continuously improve our client's model
• You are flexible in your approach and share innovative and creative thinking as you mentor teams and associates through solving problems to deliver increased value
• You are intellectually curious and model a culture of continuous learning, mentoring, and coaching
• You have a track record of coaching senior leaders on agile behaviors and leadership to support those behaviors

Must-Have:

Communication/Leadership presence (will be coaching executives)

Knowledgeable of current industry technologies

Previous Product Management experience

Nice to Have:

Technical coaching exp (including DevOps)

Experience with multiple scaling frameworks
