This pivotal role in our growing DSO allows you to enhance Dental Operations through innovative management strategies while working with a diverse team dedicated to serving underserved communities, including geriatric and medically complex patients. As you supervise and lead our clinical operations, your expertise in patient scheduling, treatment planning, and dental compliance will directly impact the quality of care we provide.

Your role as a Dental Practice Manager
As the Dental Practice Manager at Enable Dental, you will oversee the operations of our innovative mobile dental team. Your 5-day work week will be uniquely split between traveling to various locations, including assisted living facilities, skilled nursing homes, memory care facilities, and group homes, where you will manage and support dental operations onsite. In addition, you will dedicate time in our Worcester office to handle vital dental administration tasks. This multifaceted position allows you to implement effective patient care strategies, foster collaborative patient charting and treatment planning, and ensure that our mobile dentistry services remain compliant with OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
Your leadership will empower a dedicated team to provide essential Dental Management services to medically compromised and special needs populations, making a meaningful impact on their access to quality dental care.

Dental Practice Manager job SUMMARY

- DANB National Radiation Health and Safety Exam passed (or) be a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA), Formally Trained Dental Assistant (FTDA), or Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA)
