Job DescriptionWe are seeking a creative, experienced, and data-driven marketing leader to create and execute integrated marketing strategies for a suite of web-based services designed for homeowners and trade professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to build an appealing new brand that aims to disrupt the repair & remodeling industry by taking it from stressful to streamlined.
As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing an integrated strategy that builds brand awareness and drives traffic to our online services. You will think strategically and analytically about the business opportunity, competitive landscape, marketing trends, and user behavior. You will be responsible for selecting and managing a set of creative vendors. You will partner with our amazing data team to implement and refine full-funnel tracking strategies and processes that allow us to understand and improve our results. You will recommend and gain alignment on new or updated campaigns and tactics that allow us to find the best next users of our products and take advantage of the enthusiasm of our existing users.

This position will work a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days per week reporting to the Kirkland, WA office.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize the marketing strategy for a new brand and a suite of digital services
- Select vendors to provide excellent advice and deliver outstanding marketing materials and tactics
- Deliver on our brand’s promise and appeal with breakthrough creative and sharp campaign execution across paid and organic media (social, ad platform, SEO, email, and other)
- Monitor competitive and category landscape to spot new opportunities and update our strategy accordingly
- Implement processes to track, measure, and report on marketing metrics
- Analyze data, market research, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership and other departments
- Assume responsibility for budgeting, tracking marketing expenses, and analyzing ROI
Qualifications
Requirements and skills
- 8+ years of marketing experience in web-based services for B2C, B2B, or both
- Demonstrated success in leading creative campaign development and execution
- Demonstrated use of data to measure and improve campaign performance at all points of the funnel
- Experience setting up and optimizing industry-standard marketing technology products, such as Hubspot, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Excellent organizational and cross-functional leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Solid understanding of reporting and budgeting procedures
- Industry experience: Online home, fashion, health, wellness, or similar
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent
