Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Regional Sales Coordinator, Field Sales Enablement (FSE), located in Santa Clara, CA or Irvine, CA. Candidate must reside within a 50-mile radius of our Johnson & Johnson office in Irvine, CA or Santa Clara, CA. This position may require up to 10% travel.

Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.

The Regional Sales Coordinator position is a key role in supporting the Ethicon/U.S Surgery Business Unit. This role is responsible for providing support to the field within the assigned area/region(s). Key focus areas supported include, but are not limited to, Administrative, Meeting Planning, Product Management, Tracking and Health Care Compliance.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Know and follow Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery policies and procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility.
  • Complete training in area of responsibility. Training is required for changes in existing policies and procedures, for new assignments and for implementation of new policies and procedures. Complete periodic re-training in areas as required.
  • Provide diverse administrative and subject matter expert support to Sales Leadership. May support one or more Sales Leaders and their respective areas/regions.
  • May be required to assist with Human Resources-related processes including position posting, onboarding, off-boarding and transfers for the field sales organization.
  • Creation of customer quotes and process customer purchase orders on request from the field sales organization.
  • Assist with product back orders and maintain a tracking method to prioritize urgent orders within Area/Region(s).
  • Maintain and track records and documentation for Health Care Compliance to include exhibit requests, educational grants and honorariums; Input data into the internal Health Care Compliance system and initiate payment via eMarketplace.
  • Coordinate and plan travel and off-site area/regional meetings; may also require onsite meeting facilitation.
  • Process check requisitions and invoice payments for Area/Regional business expenses.
  • Maintain information utilizing Microsoft Office and other programs/software.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Make decisions in support of the field sales organization and interact with all levels of the workforce including business partners, customers, affiliates and faculty.
  • Responsible to company retention policies, maintain performance documents, customer exchange documentation, regional files, etc.
  • Frequently consults with business partners and field sales on function-specific policies and procedures and prepares communications, and presentations.
  • Support continuous improvements of current processes and creation of new capabilities to meet future needs of the team and the business.
  • Maintenance of appropriate paperwork, data entry, organization of department files including presentations, spreadsheets, documents and reports.
  • Assist FSE management when necessary with communications, presentations, custom reports and quota assignments.
  • Collect data for analysis, coordinate order placement and communication to field office personnel, track returned products and work with employees to resolve issues.
  • Attend company sponsored courses/training as required to maintain skills and professional development.
  • Understand and comply with applicable laws, regulations and standards, J&J policies, which impact the job and the organization.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed may be assigned.
  • Ability to work across multiple or different time zones as needed or required.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree required, undergraduate or advanced degree preferred focused on business.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of related business experience required.
  • Customer Service, Commercial Operations and/or Sales Operations experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills are required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work both as a team member and independently is required.
  • The ability to take initiative, be results oriented and manage multiple competing deliverables simultaneously is required.
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with various levels of the organization are required.
  • Seeks to enhance processes to maximize efficiency and quality is required.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills are required.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environment is required.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite of products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive a plus.
  • Concur, eMarketplace, Optimizer and Health Care Compliance systems/software knowledge is preferred.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new software applications in the development of effective tools is required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $55,200 to $88,000. This position is overtime eligible. This job posting is anticipated to close on August 8, 2024. The Company may however extend this time-period, in which case the posting will remain available on to accept additional applications.
