Vice President Finance - SaaS (Mid-West)

We are currently partnered with a rapidly growing SaaS driven business based in the Mid West. The business leverages AI to make complex data simpler for the healthcare industry. We are seeking a VP Finance that brings 10+yrs in SaaS recurring revenue model businesses with a proven track record of revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate monthly forecasts and present to CEO & Board to manage cash position for 3-5yrs.
• Control financial budget process against department heads to ensure solid financial management.
• Provide insights into the company's strategic direction and key SaaS metrics to demonstrate value to investors and potential acquirers.
• Develop and execute debt and equity financing strategies, and prepare systems, processes, financials, and KPIs to position the company for an exit within 3 years.
• Negotiate on acquisitions as either a buyer or seller in due diligence process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SaaS driven business with revenue growth and successful exit.
• Experience in raising capital through debt financing and equity financing.
• Managed M&A from valuation to integration.
• Data driven decision making.
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks within SaaS.
• CPA & MBA Finance
• Proven experience in scaling start-ups with global expansion within similar industry.
• Minimum 10+yrs in industry with SaaS companies.
