Branch Manager

Our client, a bank in the DC area, is currently seeking a Branch Manager for a branch in Leesburg, VA. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing branch operations and drive business development.

Details

• Enhance daily operating procedures
• Ensure OFAC, BSA/AML, REG D, REG E, and REG CC compliance
• Oversee and assist tellers
• Help customers with consumer banking products
• Interview, hire and manager new team members
• Attend networking events to drive new business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Over five years of branch banking experience
• Over three years of management experience
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services
• Strong knowledge of OFAC, BSA/AML, REG D, REG E, and REG CC
• Personable and trustworthy
