Position Overview:
A successful Customer Service Associate will prioritize providing exceptional service to customers by having a strong understanding of the company's products and demonstrating a solution-oriented approach. This role requires the ability to effectively communicate sales and promotions, proactively resolve customer concerns, and maintain a clean and customer-ready sales floor.
What You'll Do:
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge and provide friendly, solution-oriented service to customers.
- Ensure personalized service from greeting to fitting room to register.
- Effectively communicate sales and promotions to customers.
- Proactively resolve customer concerns.
- Assist in receiving, processing, and replenishing merchandise.
- Maintain merchandising, presentation, and display standards.
- Accurately and efficiently process all register transactions.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and practices.
