Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  1. Build, nurture and execute pipeline in collaboration with Marketing, Partners and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to drive bookings within your territory.
  2. Own entire sales process from prospecting to closing business.
  3. Coordinate and lead responses to RFIs/RFPs, Requests for Information and pricing requests.
  4. Present Kyriba’s proposals in a professional manner to prospects.
  5. Provide feedback to management and Marketing team on prospects reactions and questions about Kyriba’s solutions.
  6. Collaborate with other Kyriba teams including pre-sales, product, operations, and legal.
  7. Travel throughout sales territory.
  8. Ensure opportunities are accurately reflected and maintained in Salesforce, providing weekly updates, monthly projections and quarterly committed forecasts of sales activity and volume to Kyriba NA Sales management team.
  9. Attend conferences and industry related events within assigned territory and as requested.
  10. Prepare for meetings and tailor communications to address business needs of potential clients as part of the pre-sales process.

Education, Experience And Skills

  1. Results driven individual with a minimum 5+ years of successful experience in selling SaaS solutions required.
  2. Consistently among top 10% of peers in every role held.
  3. Strong background in Treasury or experience selling to the CFO buying center required.
  4. Knowledgeable about the industry, understands basic treasury concepts, and proactively updates on industry trends for personal and organizational knowledge.
  5. Ability to understand financial data relationships and how that data can be used to solve business problems.
  6. Must possess superior written, verbal and strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate technical information professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and verbally when presenting to prospects or internally.
  7. Understand the buying process in large corporates and how to navigate the decision maker network to close business.
  8. Strength in strategic, conceptual, and consultative selling.
  9. Experience using CRM sales applications, such as Salesforce.com.
  10. Possess excellent negotiating and professional networking skills.
  11. Has a deep understanding of customers’ businesses to push their thinking and take control of conversations to lead to the value that is unique to Kyriba.
  12. Confident and assertive in sharing potentially controversial views that educate and provide insight into a customers way of doing business.
  13. Intuitive and applicable understanding of how a company makes money and is critical to effective strategy execution; ability to realize the customers’ value drivers and business economics.
  14. Ability to actively listen, hear and understand what is said and not said, and comprehend the meaning and intent.
  15. Able to change course of action in order to achieve the desired results.
  16. Gravitas to be able to confidently interact at the CxO level.
  17. Willingness to travel up to 50 percent of the time depending on assigned territory.
  18. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Economics, IT, Finance or MBA preferred.

Base compensation for this role is: $114,350.00 - $144,700.00 annual salary. In addition to the base pay, this position includes a variable compensation. The role might also be potentially eligible to long term Incentive. The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including candidate profile and ideal qualifications as well as specific cost of living circumstances in some specific locations.
