Physically touches 30+ pound cases | | of food consistently throughout day. | | Performs order fulfilment duties in an efficient manner that meets | | customer service standards in accordance with the highest possible | | levels of safety, accuracy and productivity. | | All responsibilities must be handled in a manner that meets company | | standards for safety, security and productivity. | | | | When and Where: Typical day shift schedule of Monday-Friday from | | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM to work primarily out of our distribution center in | | Nashville, TN. The work environment is a climate-controlled warehouse | | with cold zones - approximately 30% of day is spent in coolers (30-40 | | degrees) and freezers (-10 degrees). | | | | Is this you? | | Experience: 6 months of order filling and material handling | | equipment required. Ride-on pallet jack and other warehouse functions | | and equipment certification preferred. Food industry experience | | preferred. | | Skills: strengths in dependable and reliable work ethic, physical | | ability for heavy labor work, attention to detail to differentiate | | product items, oral and written English communication as well as | | collaborative nature to work successfully as a team player. | | Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (ex: GED) | | preferred. | | Other requirements: our pre-hire process requires acceptable results | | on a criminal background and a pre-employment drug test.
