Tom Wood Powersports South in Whiteland, IN is the NEWEST addition to the Tom Wood Powersports team, and we are excited to welcome passionate new team members aboard!
We are actively seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to join and oversee the parts operations for our newest dealership. This is an exciting opportunity for us and for you as we maneuver into this new location, build our team of driven enthusiasts, and establish long lasting relationships within our community!
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the inventory, ordering, and distribution of parts for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports equipment.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by helping customers and technicians find the right parts and ensure quick turnaround times.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parts suppliers to secure competitive pricing and ensure timely delivery of parts.
  • Train, motivate, and develop a team of parts staff to achieve department goals.
  • Monitor parts department profitability, set sales targets, and develop strategies to increase revenue.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3 years of experience in parts management, preferably within the powersports, automotive, or motorsports industry.
  • Strong understanding of powersports vehicles and their components.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
  • Experience with inventory management software and dealership management systems.
  • Valid drivers' license with a clean driving record: REQUIRED
