The Project Manager - Civil Construction - Charleston will:
Project Planning : Develop project plans outlining scope, schedule, and budget for sitework construction.
Coordination : Oversee daily activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget while maintaining quality.
Resource Management : Optimize the use of labor, materials, and equipment to enhance efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Communicate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to align project goals.
Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, obtaining necessary permits.
Risk Management : Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
