Position Overview:

This position will report directly to the Senior Regional Manager of HR. The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator will primarily be responsible for processing new hire paperwork, maintaining and updating electronic employee records and ensuring I-9 compliance.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Process new hire paperwork and create employee records.
  • Manage all organizational changes in the HR system such as salary, work location, status and supervisor changes in a timely manner.
  • Respond to general HR inquiries from internal customers.
  • Responsible for daily monitoring of I-9 reports and taking appropriate action.
  • Point-of-contact for uniform program inquiries.
  • Participate in HR projects and planning of events.
  • Create reports, forms, and correspondence as necessary.
  • Create and maintain process documentation.
  • Identify and provide guidance on process improvement solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience with an HRIS; UKG experience preferred
  • At least 2 years’ experience in human resources
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs.
