Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Tree Climber to join our team. As a Tree Climber, you will be responsible for climbing and pruning trees, shrubs and tree removal to maintain a safe and healthy landscape. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for tree care and a willingness to work at heights. Brand new 2024 CMC 90 HD Arbor Pro aerial lift was recently purchased. If you have experience with bucket operation and using an aerial lift, we encourage you to apply.
Duties:
- Perform tree climbing and pruning operations to maintain the health and appearance of trees.
-Tree removal
- Utilize bucket operation and aerial lift equipment to safely and efficiently access and work on trees.
- Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with industry standards and best practices for tree care.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of tree care.
- Experience with bucket operation equipment, climbing trees and aerial lift.
- Ability to work at heights and in a physically demanding environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

Schedule:
-8 hour shift
-Monday thru Friday
-Overtime (when applicable)
Pay:
$25-$30 an hour based on experience, clean criminal background and clean driving record
