Position Overview :

As an Inside Sales Representative at US Enhanced, you’ll be responsible for building relationships with potential clients through prospecting, cold calling, and appointment setting. This is an early-career role designed to give you hands-on experience in sales, with the opportunity to grow into business development or recruitment, based on your strengths and interests. To be considered for this role, you’ll need:


  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to organize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (or a willingness to learn).
  • An interest in sales and the staffing industry.


Tomorrow:


As part of the Inside Sales team, you will:


  • Learn how to prospect and generate leads through cold calling and email outreach.
  • Gain experience setting appointments with potential clients and qualifying business opportunities.
  • Master the use of our CRM system to track and manage client interactions.
  • Collaborate with our Sales and Marketing teams to develop strategies for new client acquisition.
  • Build a strong foundation in sales and customer relationship management.


The Future:


This position is designed to be a stepping stone to one of two paths:


  • Business Development : For those who excel in sales and enjoy building client relationships, you can progress into a Business Development role where you’ll work on expanding our client base and driving revenue.
  • Recruitment : If you discover a passion for finding and placing talent, you’ll have the opportunity to transition into a Recruiter role, working directly with candidates and clients to meet staffing needs.
