Job Title: Financial AnalystJob Description
Provide financial planning and analysis services to External Supply functions. Provide analytical support to senior management in preparing long-range plans, annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and reviewing actual results of operations compared to forecasts. Provide analytical support to senior management related to key decisions, such as capital budgeting and pricing analyses. Educate senior management and staff of functional areas regarding company financial policies and procedures and assist them in interpreting and applying those policies. Additionally, the individual in this role will help identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings within the functional areas; present those opportunities to senior managers; and assist in implementing them. Day to day responsibilities will vary, but will include a combination of the following: • Forecast, Budget and Financial Close Activities o In accordance with timeline cadence, collect and prepare financial data from External Supply teams in support of reporting cycle consolidation o Provide analytical support to senior management in preparing long-range plans, budgets, rolling forecasts, and reviewing actual results of operations compared to forecasts o Extensive use of advanced Excel skills and Smartsheet application o Lead financial review meetings with senior leadership as needed o Provide project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting o Financial compliance tracking and reporting
