Oracle HCM Cloud SME
Functional skill : Strong knowledge in at least three Oracle HCM Cloud functional areas (out of the following areas):-
• Core HR (Fusion)
• Absence (Fusion)
• Time and Labor (Fusion)
• Goal/Performance/Talent (Fusion)
• Compensation (Fusion)
Technical skill :
• BI reporting
• OTBI reporting
• Ownership of finalizing functional/technical requirements with customer, delivering solution design and functional setups, conducting show and tell, testing and training sessions
• Handling role as 1st point of escalation
• Oracle SR management
• Mentoring team
• Status reporting
• Hosting/attending meetings with onsite and offshore teams;- assign tasks to the teams
• Helping clients understand leading business processes so they can transform their business with Oracle
• Spotting strategies, risks, and options and then recommending approaches that sidestep problems and help clients and functions meet their needs
