Job Responsibilities:
Our team at Black Desert Resort is seeking a Marketing Operations Project Manager-Creative with a strong background in driving cross-functional campaigns, building and maintaining workflows, and managing creative resources and capacity. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who is collaborative, autonomous, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They will successfully own creative projects from creative briefing to asset delivery while continuously finding ways to improve creative output and processes.
General Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple creative projects of varying complexity and size, working closely with teams across all areas of the business as well as multiple creative agencies.
  • Review, audit, and approve all project requests to ensure the required information and background is included
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure projects are well-defined with clear deliverable requests
  • Build and manage work back schedules
  • Identify and remove blockers, address issues, and solve problems
  • Facilitate creative asset stakeholder review process for all projects
  • Manage Creative team resources and priorities on a weekly basis
  • Use creative insight and experience to ensure the ultimate product quality for all material and collateral and to ensure adherence to brand standards
  • Review graphics, layouts, print specs, and fonts before products are completed.
  • Manage creative vendor relationships
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Fearlessly voice concerns when alignment is lacking or identify potential risks, issues, and conflicts, showcasing your proactive problem-solving skills
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships
  • Facilitating project task delegation and tracking of deliverables and project requirements
  • Assisting with client communication and project deliverables
  • Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and communication
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables
  • Implement effective project management methodologies and best practices
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders

  • Exhibit a clear understanding of project schedules and effectively coordinate tasks, seamlessly leveraging various tools and methodologies.
  • Possess ownership and unwavering integrity in following up and ensuring thorough completion of assigned work.
  • Strong organizational skills: able to manage priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to solve unstructured problems and improve/develop processes
  • Strong communication skills: able to effectively coordinate, mentor/manage, and provide/receive feedback
  • Self starter; able to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions
  • High attention to detail
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar field
  • 3 or more of experience in marketing with an emphasis on leading creative projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite tools is required
  • Experience with Monday.com or other creative project management and workflow tools is preferred
  • Proven experience developing and implementing successful creative campaigns
