They will maintain information systems required for various external reporting requirements. Although specific job duties will be assigned to each position, they are cross-trained to do other functions within the Accounting department.Qualifications:EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or Business CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS None EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Bachelor in Accounting or Finance and 2 years- experience in a staff accountant capacity (healthcare experience preferred) or 1 year Carle experience in a junior accountant capacity with consistent performance at a staff accountant level OR Bachelor in Business and 5 years- experience in a junior accountant capacity (healthcare experience preferred) or 3 years Carle experience in a junior accountant capacity. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Requires knowledge of accounting theory and applications. Must be able to create new reports in various mediums.
