Key Responsibilities:

- Property Measurement: Measure homes and gather the necessary information to assist with property listings.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria.
- Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers in a timely fashion.
- Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth.
- Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster.
- Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently.
- Professional in attitude and appearance.
- Can spend a large amount of time driving.
Compensation:
$72,500 yearly
