The Sherwin-Williams Sales Excellence Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Training Specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive support pertaining to the CRM Salesforce for our National Accounts, Commercial, and Independent Business Units in the Consumer Brands Group. This role will have business and technical responsibility for the planning, validation, delivery, and support of an industry-leading Customer Relationship Management platform experience for their respective division(s) within NCIS business units. This position requires an extensive multidisciplinary and cross-functional skillset to influence Sales Reps., Managers, and leadership across the organization. This position will serve as a principal lead for project management, planning, and change management with cross-functional partnerships, providing comprehensive customer data back to the business for improved decision-making with a focus on simplifying and enabling Sales Rep. productivity. This candidate will work out of the Sherwin-Williams Headquarters in Cleveland, OH. Responsibilities of the NCIS Sales Excellence CRM Training Specialist will include: 1. NCIS Salesforce CRM Oversee the development, implementation, and daily operations of Salesforce.com across the NCIS Team. Support and align with the 3 NCIS Vice President of Sales, as well as their 11 Sales Directors, from a Salesforce perspective. Communication point of contact for NCIS Team regarding announcements and updates to Salesforce. Work with the Global CRM Manager on new adds, transfers, and deactivations within Salesforce. Represent the interest of all user groups and have an understanding of how each user group interacts with the application (SSR, PSS, RSM, Director and VP level, etc.). Maintain (request as needed) the appropriate number of licenses to support the NCIS user group. Lead the automation of analysis, tracking, and reporting tools related to Sales Rep performance. Lead or assist in all Salesforce.com training for NCIS. Communicate with the NCIS Sales Excellence Training Managers regarding Salesforce initiatives. 2. Sales Rep Productivity Provide technical support of Salesforce.com used to measure Sales Rep effectiveness & performance. Take the lead for Salesforce.com reporting to assist the Global CRM Manager & the Director of Sales Force Effectiveness with providing Sales Managers and Sales Directors a vehicle for coaching, measurement, and evaluation of programs. Oversee the development, implementation, training, and daily operations of CRM across the NCIS Team. Lead the automation of analysis, tracking, and reporting tools related to Sales Rep performance. Assist with establishing and tracking key metrics of sales organization and execution of monthly sales dashboards and quarterly reviews to each sales region. Implement key sales tools to reflect Rep Performance and to provide Division Management and Field Management a vehicle for coaching and measurement. Identify opportunities for technology applications for enhanced Rep Performance. Assist in maintaining a consistent sales rep onboarding process and support training workshops for sales reps. 3. IT Support / Planning Attend Salesforce core team meetings: Weekly Planning and Requirement clarification sessions, Weekly/biweekly Retrospectives, and Quarterly Program Updates. Available to respond to daily emails, Project/Enhancement questions, and Weekly testing signoff as needed from the Development team. FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: High School Diploma or GED Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science/I.T. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
