With 4 or more years of meaningful experience within the commercial real estate field, you feel confident in your abilities to work well within a team structure. You are well-versed in managing real estate closings , acquisitions, sales, and financing of commercial real estate and you feel comfortable managing transactions as well. You are admitted to the Maryland Bar.
