DaVinci Roofscapes, a Division of Westlake Pipe and Fittings has an opening for a Mold Set Up Technician. The schedule for this position is M-F 7:00 AM to 3:00 PMOUR BENEFITS INCLUDE:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Performs mold changes when available
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment
- Documents all mold repairs, mold locations, and planned repairs
- Sets up injection molds and related equipment for sample and production runs
- Starts up and cycles in mold in accordance with documented cycles and startup procedures
- Troubleshoots and corrects problem processes
- Documents and reports mold and equipment related problems
- Documents daily events in technician log
- Monitors cycle times and part quality
- Documents and records cycle information for future use assignments.
- Inspects molds to identify the cause of quality issues or defects.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of: Spreadsheet Software (Excel) and Electronic Mail Software (Outlook).
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- Valid driver license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
- Forklift and Overhead Crane Certifications
