About the position:

We are seeking a Nursing Recruitment Specialist who will join the clinical recruitment team. The Nursing Recruitment Specialist will develop relationships with new clinicians and clinics to add to the AMO platform of nursing educational experiences. They will drive nursing recruitment to generate leads and follow through until the new programs are handed over to program operations.

Essential Functions:

  1. This role requires operating in a sales/commissions driven environment, contacting physicians/clinicians (physicians, physician assistants, nurses, etc.) via email, phone, video conferencing, and in-person meetings.
  2. Must learn the “voice” of the recruitment team to ensure consistent and professional correspondence.
  3. Proven expertise in business development and sales to enhance overall skill set.
  4. Detailed understanding of the sales process pipeline, with demonstrated competence in driving new leads into the sales funnel.
  5. Deep knowledge of and experience with CRMs (Hubspot preferred).
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential preceptors to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Guide medical contacts through AMO’s process from lead generation to onboarding.
  8. Negotiate stipends with clinical sites.
  9. Collect and prepare contract requirements and program information.
  10. Develop a high level of familiarity with nursing education systems.
  11. Collaborate with other AMO teams regarding program information and availability.
  12. Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or related field.
  2. Nursing recruitment/sales or clinical site acquisition experience strongly preferred.
  3. Experience with Hubspot CRM or similar CRM strongly preferred.
