Job Description
Total comp is $120k-$160k+ (base salary plus bonus), with a $5-10k signing bonus.
This is an on-site role with clients based around the Bay Area.
What we're looking for
- Excellent, experienced Systems Engineers with ALL of the following skills:
- Advanced Windows Server including management and troubleshooting AD
- 365 Exchange, setup, architecting, administration, and troubleshooting
- Advanced PowerShell Skills
- Azure architecture, migration, and troubleshooting of fully-cloud and hybrid environments
- Security (MFA, SSO, VPNs, Application Layer, Hardening, Cloud Security)
- VMWare, Veeam, and Backup/DR expertise
- 3rd Level Support for desktop engineers
- Other experience (Network, FW, Linux, storage, AWS, distributed environments) are a plus, but not required.
Our typical engineer works closely with several clients across various industries; technical skills are a must, but the soft skills are what will make you truly successful in this role. Our engineers are consultants, and these soft skills are what make that difference.

This is an extremely technical role for someone with a solid history of building out IT infrastructure for SMBs. If you're not that senior person then this role isn't for you, watch out for future postings. Likewise, if you're a software or a DevOps person then this role is not for you.
