Monetization GenAI focuses on developing cutting-edge Generative AI tech across all modalities, including text, image, videos, landing pages, etc., and creates industry-leading technical solutions to improve creative efficiency for advertisers, agencies, and creators. We are committed to automated creative workflows by leveraging Generative AI technologies to increase overall revenue for advertisers, agencies, and creators.

We aim to drive and lead the generative AI in the ads tech and creative industry, powering products and driving values for our clients, creators, and the whole ecosystem. We are looking for product managers who are excited about generative AI and foundation models, build highly scalable and reliable platforms on top of models to solve real problems, partner across functions with global teams, and make big impacts. Responsibilities

  1. Develop and enforce ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for AI product development, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and standards.
  2. Craft and execute a strategic product roadmap, integrating responsible AI principles with market research and innovation opportunities.
  3. Lead cross-functional collaboration, working closely with engineering, legal, and business teams to identify and mitigate ethical risks in AI deployment.
  4. Manage the AI product lifecycle with a focus on incorporating user feedback, ethical considerations, and risk management into product design and iteration.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
  1. Degree in Computer Science, AI Ethics, Public Policy, Law, or a related field.
  2. Experience with AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance.
  3. Excellent communication skills and experience working with XFN teams.
  4. Experience with Responsible AI product developments.

Job Information:
Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165120 - $311600 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
