Immediate Opening for an Senior Administrative Assistant in Vandalia, Ohio area.

Responsibilities: 
  • Greets vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors  
  • Meeting management, including room assignments, catering, ensuring proper A/V is available, etc., purchasing snacks, drinks, and any other collateral (pens, notebooks, note cards, name cards, etc)
  • Provide support for employee engagement initiatives 
  • Coordinate and order lunches for meetings, etc  
  • Provide peripheral support to management team 
  • General office support, maintaining office supply levels, running errands as needed, etc. 
  • Performs other incidental and related duties as required 
Qualifications: 
  • 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area    
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite  
  • Ability to sit for extensive periods of time but may also be required to stand, walk, kneel, or balance.  
  • Operate a computer for extensive periods at a time  
  • Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent   
  • Excellent time management skills  
  • Must have very good organizational skills  
  • Must possess attention to detail  
  • Professional appearance, friendly personality
  • Ability to carry/ lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift/carry up to 25 pounds  
  • Ability to set up and manage catering, negotiating prices, delivery, etc. 
  • Ability to do travel via Concur, domestic travel and, preferably, international travel. 
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM 
Pay: Based on experience level - hourly
