About the role:
The HT North America Sales Operations Director will function as a trusted business advisor to our HTI stakeholders and execute our go to market plans to scale the business and surpass the HTI growth and retention targets. You will support various parts of the rhythm of the business activities such as weekly ops reviews, monthly Team NCVI meetings, and quarterly business reviews.
What you will do:
- Function as a strategic partner to our senior sales leaders while becoming an expert on the assigned regions performance, key metrics, and top initiatives.
- Define and drive high standards of program execution aligned to the Pathway to Gold.
- Discover best practices and drive execution on the ground to improve sales productivity.
- Partner with TP&A and the ROE Team to execute high-quality core sales processes such as quota setting, forecasting, relief requests, and ROE compliance.
- Work with Conferences and Marketing to drive a clear understanding of how programs and metrics link to underlying sales performance and drive consistent execution across HTI channels.
- Drive operational excellence and process improvement in sales processes across HTI (e.g., eliminate steps, ensure intuitive and simpler process design and implement best practices across HTI to maximize effectiveness).
- Partner with GTS Ops on GTS’s growth priorities and initiatives that support retention and growth acceleration and ensure these key programs are specifically designed to support overachievement of HTI goals, and drive double-digit CV growth on a sustained basis.
- Communicate sales processes, operational updates, and best practices within the region, play an active role in Ops reviews & team meetings presenting key findings.
- Strong ambassador for sales programs/initiatives and be proficient in executing change management programs.
What you will need:
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrate a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive process improvements.
- Capable of operating successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills characterized by an analytical mindset.
- Be able to respond to ad hoc requests and manage multiple projects and demands simultaneously.
- Drive structured problem-solving that leads to simple, scalable solutions to difficult problems.
- Experience in finance, business management, and sales operations or similar functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Be an expert in analytics tools required to support sales and sales operations including, but not limited to Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerBI.
- Proficiency in Salesforce including experience in data analysis tools and reporting within Salesforce.
- Be naturally meticulous, uphold high standards of program execution, and be highly curious, interested in identifying and exploring areas for operational improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills - one to one and one to many.
- Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Consulting, Finance, or other related fields.
- Exhibit sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven record of taking ownership, executing programs, and influencing results.
- Deep experience in prioritization of deliverables and tasks.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 116,000 USD - 164,220 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
