HR Director

We are looking for an experienced HR Director to join our team.

Duties

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s mission and goals.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify workforce needs and develop plans to meet those needs.
• Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce.
• Implement effective onboarding and training programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Develop and manage performance appraisal systems that support employee development and organizational goals.
• Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with best practices.
• Oversee the organization’s compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity.
• Conduct salary surveys and analyze data to inform compensation strategies.
• Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Utilize HR metrics to assess organizational health and make data-driven decisions.
• Prepare reports for leadership on HR activities and workforce trends.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in HR is required.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Non-profit experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

$125,000 - $135,000 a year
