We are looking for an experienced HR Director to join our team.
Duties
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s mission and goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify workforce needs and develop plans to meet those needs.
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce.
- Implement effective onboarding and training programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems that support employee development and organizational goals.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with best practices.
- Oversee the organization’s compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity.
- Conduct salary surveys and analyze data to inform compensation strategies.
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Utilize HR metrics to assess organizational health and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare reports for leadership on HR activities and workforce trends.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in HR is required.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Non-profit experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
$125,000 - $135,000 a year
