Property Accountant in Boston, MA
Are you a seasoned Financial Analyst seeking a dynamic opportunity with competitive compensation and unparalleled benefits? Join a leading investment firm in Boston, MA, where you'll collaborate closely with senior leadership, drive strategic initiatives, and play a pivotal role in fund management and investor relations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of materials for fundraising initiatives
- Support the creation of quarterly investor presentations
- Manage accounting, reporting, and compliance for employee co-invest funds
- Collaborate with external auditors to prepare year-end financials
- Monitor and reconcile cash transactions with banking activities
- Undertake ad hoc financial projects as assigned by the Finance Team
- 2-4 years of experience in a Big Four public accounting firm preferred
- CPA certification is advantageous
- Proficient in GAAP financial reporting standards
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience with Investran software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
