Our client - A local and growing Suffolk County Long Island company is seeking an enthusiastic FP&A Manager

The ideal candidate will be a strong and proven leader. The position will help to create and drive overall fiscal strategy while also maintaining bottom-line performance.** Looking for a strong Finance Manager who has supervised before, or someone looking to take the step into management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Finance team to meet the team’s expectations and follow deadlines as assigned.
  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the team.
  • Oversee credit functions
  • Support project analysis, validations of plans, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Over-see all cash functions – cash projections
  • Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with other teams as needed to manage the team’s budget draw-ups.

Requirements:

  • At least 6+ years of experience in the Finance/Accounting field
  • Strong analytical & strategic thinking skills and MS Office skills
  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, and/or Business Administration
