We are working with one of the leading General Contractors in the DMV area. With over 50 years of experience, they have established a strong presence with multiple offices, primarily operating in NoVa. Specializing in Multifamily construction, most of their projects range between $30m-100m, with some exceeding $200 million. Their consistent year-over-year growth in both headcount and revenue has prompted them to expand their team.

Description

  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Collaborating with the project management team to develop and maintain construction schedules
  • Overseeing daily on-site construction activities
  • Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
  • Monitoring construction to guarantee alignment with plans
  • Tracking project budgets and expenses
  • Identifying and resolving issues

Profile

  • Over 8 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Served as Lead Superintendent, managing projects from initiation to completion
  • Preferred but not mandatory experience with multifamily projects
  • Required experience in new construction
  • Successfully managed projects valued at $10M+
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
