Production Analyst

Overview

The person in this role will shadow a tenured resource to be cross trained around Document Publishing, Content Management, and/or Job Scheduling responsibilities, completing day-to-day operations and project tasks, and troubleshooting incidents/problems.

Preferred skills:

• Experience with Confluence, Adobe Experience Manager, Job Scheduling, or Business Intelligence tools (any of the areas the team currently supports)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with Business and Technical contacts.
• Platform support for shared infrastructure components hosted on-prem and in vendor PaaS solutions.
• Incident and Problem management experience
• Preferred experience with vendor management, PaaS-supporting Content Management, or Document Publishing (Adobe Experience Manager, Confluence)
