Responsibilities:

1. Understand, believe in, and uphold PCRK Group and Massage Envy’s Mission, Vision and Values
2. Ensure location performance with a focus on each functional area of the OKR (Net Active Member Gain, Service Hours, Guests, and Enhancements)
3. Monitor staffing levels across all departments to ensure all positions are staffed appropriately
4. Coach, develop, and retrain underperformers in sales and service expectations
5. Ensure all licensure, training, and documentation in accordance with state/federal/franchisor/company regulations are current
6. Participate in company and Regional Developer Conference Calls and weekly Operation Director calls
7. Continuously train team on soft skills, business acumen, and metrics to strive for professional development
8. Facilitate the resolution of customer service issues while successfully identifying and addressing systemic opportunities throughout the organization
9. Promote and implement new products, services, and initiatives
10. Responsible for location’s payroll entry and inventory management
11. Review payroll, inventory, and applicable reports to audit for errors and address profitability-related opportunities
12. Host monthly Performance Coaching Plans and partner with Operations Director to address performance concerns and celebrate performance wins

Requirements:

1. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
2. Comprehensive understanding of Profit & Loss statements
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
4. Strong communication and people skills

ROP: $60,000 - $70,000 Annually DOE + Bonus Opportunity
