Payroll Administrator

In office: 5 days onsite 8am-5pm

Timely and accurate administration of all payroll functions including processing and filing with various tax agencies.
Accurate computation of commission and bonus payouts for the Sales Force.
Processing of payroll journal entry postings and accruals.
Work closely with Sales & Internal management
Calculating employee final paychecks while adhering to state mandated timelines.
Account reconciliation of payroll G/L accounts.
Ensure company compliance with payroll legislation. (Federal and State)
Lead special projects as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Assist in various audit functions.
Completing month-end and year-end financial closing tasks.
Adherence to company and legislated confidentially and privacy regulations.
File Payroll and Personnel documents.
Calculation, entry, and submission of all year-end adjustments for W2s and filing with various tax agencies.
Main POC when resolving employee payroll inquiries.
Maintain and update the Time and Attendance system.
Working with HR to track employee time off accrued, used, and remaining balances.
Providing supplemental support to Concur Travel & Expense program as needed
