A growing civil construction company is seeking an Estimator. They are looking for someone experienced with aggregates, asphalt, and the entire process of roadways. This role is office-based with some day-travel to the work sites. There is bonus potential as well as a competitive salary. This group is a smaller branch of a strong mid-sized group, so you'd have the backing and power of a large company but the tight-knit feel of a small outfit!

Requirements For Civil Estimator
- 5+ years of experience in civil construction
- Heavy civil construction experience
- Good documentation skills
- Proactive in solving issues quickly
- Timely and Organized
- Experienced in employee supervision, development, and mentoring
- Work well with all other team members
- Effectively communicate progress/problems with relevant team members
- Prepare Project Production Schedules
- Create and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Ability to maintain and develop client relationships
- Work with Field Superintendent to coordinate all aspects of job
