Position: CDL Instructor- Non CA
Location: Ft. Worth TX
Compensation: Starting at $26.00/hr + bonus
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm rotating Saturday

Department Overview
Our Truck instructors are responsible for training new drivers and assessing road tests. If you are an experienced truck driver who has a passion for teaching and interacting with people, CR England has an exciting career opportunity for you!
The trainers are taught how to teach what it takes to be a successful C.R. England driver "The C.R. England Way."
Responsibilities:
The curriculum will include:
Lifestyle Adjustment Instruction
Evaluation and Communication Instruction
Coaching trainees abilities, attitude, and participation
School and Company standards
Teaching Backing skills and Driving evaluations
Qualifications:
Class A CDL required
1.5 years of recent OTR tractor/trailer experience
Safety first mentality
Excellent people skills
