DUTIES: \ Ensures hygiene and cleanliness for all responsible Kitchens to maintain high standard of food safety \ Constantly improves quality of food served to ensure guest satisfaction, to meet best offered in the industry \ Assists with food preparation as required \ Attention and make sure the high food quality of all kitchens \ Responsible for the correct timing during service and that food served is always of the highest standards \ To maintain high standard of all food preparation and hygiene in Milford Mandarin Restaurant REQUIREMENTS: \ Neat and well-groomed \ Has at least 2 years experience \ Have a passion for Chinese cuisine
