Minimum Requirements

  1. 2+ years of experience in credit, modeling, financial technology, or data science or 3 years in addition to an advance degree.
  2. 1+ years previous management experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
  3. BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or related field.
  4. Flexibility and ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  6. Proficient with Python, Excel, SQL, and other analytic tools.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  1. Experience with consumer lending.
  2. Strong understanding of Quantitative Financial Analysis.
  3. Ability to understand profit implications of complex risk concepts.
  4. Adept at data processing and modeling with previous experience taking quantitative models to production.
