Responsibilities:
Establishes financial status and Medicaid eligibility prior to admission, and maintains Medicaid eligibility throughout Nursing Home stay.
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual English & Spanish required
  • High School diploma or equivalent, required
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred
  • Prior experience in Nursing Home Medicaid Eligibility, required
  • Working knowledge of software program EDITS to submit Medicaid application
